I am almost 16 and weigh 110. I am 5 feet tall, almost 5'1. I have stomach fat and Need advice to help get rid of it. Exercise (machines) for two hours twice a week. I can eat healthy foods and stretch every night. I want to lose 5-10 lbs. This summer though I was swimming, brisk walking, climbing, and other activities.
