How can you lose body fat in about 2-3 weeks (13-15 years old)?
I have a little problem with the children in my class Fitness calling me "tiki tits", because I have a little fat in the chest, abdomen, legs and areas. I just want to know how to lose the fat body quickly, without using steroids or pills. I also want to look good and have a stronger, better looking body. Any response is helpful. You need to start running. Outside or inside. If u do not have a treadmill, get your parents to get one. otherwise it will Instead of local recreation. pick a sport sit ups sit-ups to find something that will move your mind off of junk food. time reading, sports, hobbies, friends … i dont care, just get food out. stop drinking coca (Hard 4 ME!) anything with sugar, cut out biscuits. throwing candy. And every time u hungry, get a fruit, make sure your disposal. I know what its like to have parents who like to scrap, but ignored. and if … kid u no luck.
