
How do you know if they have more fat in the belly, then you can work on your abs?
Recently I returned to do a lot of cardiovascular hoping to lose that stubborn abdominal fat. I do not have much, and I'm hoping to tone my abdomen. I'm about 6'1 and weigh around 165-170. But, I'm curious to know, when you know its time to start working on your abs, and if a little belly fat is burned? Any advice would be awesome, thanks.
